ICYMI: Dare To Dream Celebration Event

Hello!

Last month on April 29th, 2023 at the Brownstone, members of The Alliance’s Board of Directors (Jesus Rodriguez, Marcial Caraballo, David Scott) joined The Crossroads Cultural Center, Inc (CCC) for an event that honored one of the friends of the Alliance. Angel LaBoy was awarded the Servants Heart Award for all of the community service and great things that he’s completed throughout his years of service. We congratulate and celebrate Angel!

While the Alliance is not closely affiliated with any particular religion, we do recognize and partner with churches on occasion when it comes to the community services that they may offer. In CCC’s case, their services includes Free English Classes, Immigrant Information and Resource Center, Family Counseling,  Food & Clothing Help, and Job Training. Nearly members of CCC are volunteers and they only pay young adults out of school (first job) in order to give them some on-the-job experience for their resumes.
